Withdrawal and returns information

The deadline

The period is 14 days from when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods; for multiple items, from receipt of the last item. The deadline is met if you send your notice before the 14th day ends.

How to withdraw

1. Send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal: by email to [KITÖLTENDŐ: customer service email], or by post to [KITÖLTENDŐ: mailing address]. You may use the sample form below.
2. Return or hand over the product without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal, to the address provided.
3. We refund within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

What is refunded

We refund the purchase price and the cost of outbound delivery, except any extra cost arising from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When it doesn't apply

Under Section 29 of Decree 45/2014, withdrawal does not apply, among others, to sealed goods which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons. Accordingly, for an installed (applied) film, or a product whose protective packaging has been removed so it can no longer be resold, the right may be limited. We accept products returned unopened, intact and complete.

Defective product

If the film is defective (e.g. cut mismatch, optical fault), this is a supplier's warranty, product warranty or guarantee claim rather than a withdrawal. Email [KITÖLTENDŐ: customer service email]. The warranty and guarantee terms are in the Terms document.
